If you have never created a sales funnel before then no worries – Click Funnels has already created it for you. It comes with a comprehensive database of 20+ ready-to-use templates. They are easy to use and take just minutes to set up.
I am working with a friend to help them set up a website for their small business (I’m a novice at myself, but they are relatively clueless). We’ve narrowed it down to Weebly and Wix. They want to be able to collect email subscribers from the site. Can we add in something like MailChimp to either of these for that purpose?
ClickFunnels does have an ecommerce funnel type you can use. And you could use it to drive traffic to your ecommerce store. I don’t think I would use it (or Samcart) to create my actual store however.
We like Squarespace features but we do not like that black bar that borders all their templates. And we don’t really like how the scroll down bar is not on the outside edge of the templates. It feels like your website is reduced in screen size to allow for those fixed borders that surround the templates. We assume this is the part that makes their templates mobile. That part just doesn’t feel right to us though.
You can certainly use other products, but the good thing about hosted solutions like LeadPages and Clickfunnels is that they track your conversions and generally do really good converting templates you can use.
Rocketspark is also an ecommerce website builder that gives you all the tools you need to create and run a beautiful ecommerce website. Easily connect your ecommerce website with Xero accounting software and orders will easily flow through to Xero.
It’s really difficult to find the suppliers of genuine brands or products that actually are licensed. Either they are unbranded or they are fakes. Fakes are a killer because if you end up selling a fake that you’re advertising as the real deal you’re opening yourself up to some legal issues down the line. At the least, an aggressive letter from some serious lawyers.
I am interested to know why you wouldn’t suggest WordPress? Sure it is a bit more complicated but it adds a ton more options over sites like Wix. I personally hate Wix and Weeebly. I have never used Squarespace. I do have two friends who love Wix it just isn’t for me. Just feel like WordPress deserves a shout out. 🙂
I myself is a blogger for more then 5 years now and I am very excited to say that there are a lot of free websites available now a days that we could utilize. This list of website builders is quite good and informative.
It’s now 2018, and for most of us a landing page alone just isn’t enough. You need your marketing campaigns to run through a full funnel. And you need to have complete freedom in how you build it. Upsells, downsells, cross-sells, multiple paths and more – whatever you need to get the best from your traffic.
ClickFunnels is not perfect, but it does a great job of packaging great tools together and making them accessible. It arguably saves most users a headache they’d have if they tried to manage funnels another way.
It wouldn’t be a fair comparison to put WordPress – with all its add-ons, plugins and custom HTML code – up against code-free web builders like Wix and Weebly, which are much, much better suited to the conversation scope we hold on the site.
We tested dozens of website builders to see which one would be best for small business owners, and we decided that Weebly, Wix, and WordPress are the top three options. We chose these three because they are very popular, and represent a wide range of features. The main areas that we will focus on in this article are price, ease of use, functionality, and customer service. Read on for our top picks for best website builder.

Having said that, it sounds like what you’re looking for, is something that helps you build a community of users, so something like a social network where people can join and participate? If so, then none of the website creators above are geared towards that. They’re great for building “normal” websites, such as a website representing businesses, online stores, portfolio, etc.
A small criticism I’ve heard (but don’t have personally) on the builder is how grid-like it is—you have to work within those columns and rows. I personally don’t think this is a huge issue and the builder gives you enough control without sacrificing ease of use, but it might be worth a mention.
You see, I’m an entrepreneur and Clickfunnels pricing and features have simplified my life so much that I HAD to start making money with their affiliate program too(in addition to my 4 primary sales funnels/businesses).
The Customer Support service is just about as typical as it gets with other website builders. Free users can looks through FAQs and tutorials while paying customers get greater access as you go up the membership packages.
SITE123 is a great option for ecommerce as well as it offers creative DIY plans for creating multiple pages. The free package includes web hosting, domain registration, ad-free framework, 1 GB bandwidth, 500 MB storage space and Google Analytics integration. Moreover, there is no pressure on the user to switch over to the paid plans. But I’d recommend you start off by testing / trying Squarespace, Wix and Weebly, as each of them have their own pros and cons. So give them a try and see which one best suit your needs. They’re free to sign up for and so you might want to invest a bit of time to explore them.

Do not see a problem to use free website builders to get a free website and earn money on it via adsense or amazon affiliate. What’s the problem? Doesn’t a free site allow to place adsense ads? Or are there any limitations in number of words in posts? This is a myth.
Thanks for the great comparison chart. I’d like to create a website to promote and market training videos. I’ll need a membership site option with online payment and an e-commerce option for virtual sales only. Since I’ve never created a website before, I need a fairly easy to use web site builder, but I’d like it to offer me options for professional customization in the future so that I can improve my site over time. Being able to export the site in the future would be nice but it is not essential.
Quick Tip: Most website builders allow you to sign up for free and start building without payment. You can try ’em & test ’em first! But be forewarned… the free versions are not adequate for a professional business and you WILL eventually need to upgrade to a paid plan.
What you can do if you use Wix, is to just purchase your own domain name with domain name registrars such as Godaddy, then connect your domain name with Wix if you want to. This way, you can help ensure that you keep your Wix site (hosted with Wix) separate from your domain name – if that makes you feel better.
*Promotional Details: Introductory prices apply to the first term. Money-back guarantee applies to the website builder and hosting. All plans and products automatically renew unless you cancel.
