To move something, you just click it, drag it, and drop it anywhere on the page. To edit text you simply click on the text box, hit “edit,” and then change the text. If you start getting into adding a bunch of unique apps, then it gets a little more complicated. But, in general, Wix is one the easiest website builders out there to use.
I also found the excessive up-sells and ‘extra add-ons’ frustrating. While I initially was looking for an all inclusive package, I soon realized after signing up that there was no way around paying for extras, such as email accounts and the e-commerce feature.
Wix is a popular online website creator which offers a range of plans and products. The free version has Wix branding, limited storage space (500MB) and bandwidth, but move up to the Combo plan and there’s no Wix ads, and you get 2GB of bandwidth and 3GB storage, along with a free domain for £5.16 ($6.45) a month. The e-commerce plan adds an online store along with 20GB storage for a reasonable £10.10 ($12.60) per month.
I would like to create a website that provide the opportunity for me to have a blog site as well as a venue to publish some material. I am looking to connect to a mass of people with this site. I also would like to be able to have all rights to my site as well as all of my work/published material. Thank you for your assistance.
However, if you are making good money from the internet already and you can afford it then definitely this would be a really good investment for you in your business and can really help you in increasing the number of leads that you can get (if you do it right).
As for your question, once you purchase a domain name, you own it and you should be able to transfer it out and use it on another website if you wish (as long as are paying the annual registration fee going forward).
Hushmail looks interesting (I haven’t seen them before). It looks like they allow you to use your own domain name, though I’m not sure if they are free. We recommended Gmail Business Apps and also Hotmail because they are established players in the emailing space. I’m not sure if Yahoo also provides the same service or not.
Jeremy, thank you for all the helpful information. I actually have been using GoDaddy and their website builder for several years now, but they have recently “upgraded” the builder and templates and I find the new one absolutely horrible! I have always liked doing business with GoDaddy because of the ease of use and their wonderful customer service, but after 4 hours of trying to rebuild my website with their “new” builder, I finally gave up and am looking for a new one 🙁

Squarespace has some really good design templates for you, and all their templates are responsive so that it looks great across all viewing devices. Wix also has a lot of good templates (over 280), and Weebly has been introducing some more updated templates lately.
Yes because obviously I like to make money, but not because I’ve put my money on the line and I do every month. See, this isn’t my only thing. This is kind of my passion, which is internet marketing, and specifically helping other internet marketers or online entrepreneurs build sales funnels and use the right tactics and strategies that will help them get what I’ve been able to attain, which is lots of passive income and multiple lifestyle businesses that reward me every month because I’ve gotten good coaching over the years and I’ve grown as an entrepreneur.
Learning the proper way to build funnels can be just as hard as learning SEO, anyone can do it but only a pro can do it correctly. Clickfunnels and quickly turn you into a funnel building customer behavior pro.
