That’s a big shame because Wix really is one of the best site builders out there. Their interface is actually very easy to use and the templates look polished and professional. On top of that, the Wix Technical Support team is truly one of the company’s greatest assets.
I am very new to building websites, have always had someone build it for me, no this is no longer an option. I am looking for a easy and simple site builder with the ability to grow as my knowledge does (in sit building) . What i also need is the ability to stream/run my radio show from as well. Hope this makes sense.
Weebly allows you to undo changes, but once you exit the editor or publish your website, you cannot undo any changes. If you’ve accidentally deleted your website or pages, you’ll need to email Weebly & wait for them to restore the deletions. So unlike Wix or Squarespace, you can’t recover your deletions immediately.

I’m new to your website and to the very helpful reviews and relative information that you have provided. A while back, I used a Website Builder called Lifeyo. I was very pleased at the time with the functionality and ability to create a nice looking product. However, I never see them in the mix, when it comes to Website Builder products. Having said that, I’m wondering if you would have a comment or two on the Lifeyo’s product, as I’m getting ready to produce several more Websites and I’m wondering if I should make a change. At present, I’m very impressed with your review on the Squarespace option….but just curious as to why there was no mention of Lifeyo, since they are so similar in useability…Thank You
Weebly also gives you the ability to edit the HTML and CSS codes to the templates. This is hugely beneficial for you to customize your design extensively if you know how to code (or if you are working with a coder). This feature is optional for more advanced users.
You can also insert galleries, slideshows to highlight your products. You can do this with both Squarespace and Weebly, or just with any other website builders out there to be honest. But for the long haul, if / when you are ready to activate the shopping cart function, Squarespace and Weebly do have great e-commerce functions. So starting off with them are good choices, at least in my view.
Also…I got easywebinar too…….is CF as good as easywebinar…or do i need to keep easy webiar (I like that EW allows the webinar in the viewers timezone…and you can add boxed comments from prior webinars….can CF webinar area do this too?
For the full version of ClickFunnels, you’ll need to pay $297 per month. Both the basic and full versions of ClickFunnels are available as part of a 14-day free trial, giving you time to test the software before you decide whether or not to buy.
I know it’s a daunting decision and process, so take your time in studying what others have done. Learn more about the domain migration process (and make sure you confirm with your current provider that you can move your domain name) and also the 301 redirect process.
Both platforms offer an incredible list of integrations to help you plug into the rest of your marketing machine. For the most part, it’s the email marketing companies that are front in line when it comes to integration needs. LeadPages and ClickFunnels both work with the major players.
Hi Jeremy, I am currently using WordPress and find that trying to set up a website for a non-techy like me is seriously frustrating!! I will be opening up a small B&B in our town soon and would like to have something that is user friendly. WordPress uses so much lingo/jargon that I just don’t understand. Layouts of text and photos are off…just doesn’t work for me nor do I have the time to research and figure it out. I need something that allows me to drop in photos with ease, puts us out in the social media world, tailored to a B&B…would you recommend WiX for this?
It’s like having a word program inside the Site Builder. Copy and paste your content, or type your content in content blocks and fully stylize and format the content to your liking. Add image next to your text, modify position, font, color, style and much more.
This New Zealand based team take all the stress and concern out of the drop shipping process. They’ve done all the hard work for you by validating the suppliers and their products. You know you’re selling genuine branded goods. That’s always the main concern when dealing with Asian suppliers because the fakes are just so good and you don’t want your customers to be duped.
Clickfunnels provides a variety of tools, proven products and promotional content that you will have the chance to leverage on. These resources are the results of thousands of dollars worth of testing.
Wix offers basic but effective blogging features including post scheduling and Featured Posts. Getting your blog all set up and ready is as easy as pie with Wix. Users are given a choice of 6 layouts where you can add photos, galleries, video, and text. Your blog content can be easily shared on social media sites and allow reader comments as well.
This section alone is by FAR one of the most unique things about Clickfunnels. It is truly what sets the software apart. On the surface Clickfunnels seems like just another landing page editor but here are somethings outside being a landing page editorx that Clickfunnels does that made me fall in love with it…
Pretty much any of the website builders above can do what you are looking for, including connecting the site to your own custom domain name (note that Squarespace and Wix gives you a free name if you sign up to their annual plans), and you can also set up your own custom email address by using either Google Business Apps or Microsoft mail (free).
As for WordPress.org, it is a CMS (content management system) and is different from the drag & drop website makers we are comparing here. With WordPress.org, you can’t drag and drop, or move content around without knowing how to code. Also, you need to set up your own hosting which can be technically challenging.
With Wix and Weebly, they offer membership gateway features as well, meaning that you can create membership and only your members can log in and access certain pages. So in a way that offers the feeling of “exclusivity”.
